3M™ Scotchcast™ 78-R Series Re-Enterable Signal and Control Cable Splicing Kit is specially designed to splice 1 kV-rated shielded or non-shielded, plastic and rubber-jacketed, signal and control cables. It uses the modular system approach that allows for subsequent re-entry into the splice.
