Spring mechanism design flaw
I have two of these installed. With very VERY minimal use, the spring mechanism on one has already failed (I'm guessing the pop up feature was used less than 20 or 30 times when it failed.) Do your homework before buying. Amazon reviews all say the same thing. I'm stuck with it now, because I already have holes in my expensive quartz countertop to accommodate this outlet.
