Scotch® Splice Kit 5717 provides inline and tee splicing. It is suitable for use on 5 to 15 kV tape shield, wire shield or UniShield® cables with aluminum or copper conductors.
The 3M™ 5700 Series Tape Shielded Cable Splice Kit has all the essentials you need for complete and accurate splicing. This kit has all the necessary splicing supplies, including 5 rolls of Scotch® Super 33+™ Vinyl Electrical Tape, 3 rolls of Scotch® Electrical Semi-Conducting Tape 13 and 18 rolls of Scotch® Linerless Rubber Splicing Tape 130C. There’s also 1 coil of ground braid 25 to complete your splices from start to finish. And when you’re done, you’ll appreciate the moisture seal you’ve created with this kit. This product is OSHA Approved.
