Killark HKBX-GLC is a compact explosion-proof instrumentation enclosure engineered for hazardous and corrosive industrial environments. Built from lightweight copper-free cast aluminum, it features a threaded tempered glass lens cover for easy visual inspection, three 3/4" NPT conduit entries, and a versatile internal mounting pad. With NEMA 4/4X and IP66 protection plus UL, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certifications, it delivers reliable enclosure protection for demanding process applications.

- Compact round body instrument enclosures with threaded glass lens screw covers provide easy access to interior.
- High strength, lighter weight, corrosion resistant copper free cast aluminum construction

- Cover o-ring, Nitrile (BUNA-N) material, supplied standard supplied standard for a Type 4X rating.
- Electrostatically applied gray powder epoxy/polyester finish on exterior of box and covers.
- Cast mounting lugs are standard on all boxes.
- Covers have shrouded tamper resistant set screws as standard.
- Offset feed-thru conduit openings (3/4” NPT) for maximum use of interior volume. Interior "X”-configuration mounting pad for instrument/device cast into the bottom of the box provided for flexibility.
